JUSTICE BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE
THE TIME HAS COME TO TAKE IT BACK
A storm of protest by the people is rolling across our planet in the face of a systematic attack upon human rights and national sovereignty. The global courts of international law are wholly inadequate to address this threat to human welfare. A web of interlocking elite financial interests which now dominate Western government and military acts with impunity to further an agenda which is clearly hostile to the freedom of mankind.

A non-violent worldwide social movement to restore democracy and justice is gathering momentum.
We, the people, must once again act to establish justice. So long as the financial elites which dominate government believe they are free to violate the law with impunity, human rights, democracy, and justice will continue on their present death spiral.
There is a clear and crucial need for a true and legitimate international Court of the People, based firmly on the Rule of Law – a court not beholden to oppressive governments (nor the financial elites which control them), but a Human Rights Court funded by the people, to uphold the international laws meant to protect them.
The Arbitration Court of International Justice (ACIJ) is that court - the first licensed and enforceable international court of human rights dedicated to upholding the rule of law for the people.
HOW DOES THE ACIJ WORK?
The ACIJ is designed to process 10 cases at a time for 100 cases per year, giving proper full-time judiciary attention to each and every case for at least 30 days. The court will utilize existing fast-track enforcement mechanisms under International Law. The ACIJ is the first International Court with statutory authority to use the full range of mechanisms for meaningful enforcement.
The ACIJ is designed to be expandable without limit, by endowment funding. Total global demand of approximately 100,000 cases per year could be handled by 10,000 full-time judges. The court already has access to more than twice that number of certified international judges. Funding is now needed for full-time operations/admin staffing, foundation building and judicial salaries to process plaintiffs’ cases.
what needs to be done?
Justice belongs to the people. A committed group of human rights advocates and international judges have freely given of their time and expertise to found a legitimate court with the power to enforce its judgments, so that oppressors will no longer have a free hand to inflict suffering on humanity in the name of private agendas. Much work has been done. The legal infrastructure is established. Enforcement mechanisms are in place. We are ready to move ahead.
The only thing missing is YOU. You can help establish a permanent institution of real social justice. A truly independent human rights court must be funded, not by governments or shadowy interest groups, but by the people, for the people.
